Update: This was the second time I tried this practice in the past wee. After the first time I was so sore I couldn't walk for days. Definitely the good kind of sore but highly recommend stretching out the quads for a few minutes afterwards.
Unlike any yoga class I've ever done. How s t that we barely moved and yet my shirt s soaked through? You have a gift of being able to explain every pose in such a clear and poetic way. I'm quickly becoming addicted to your teaching style :)
There is no hiding from Groundworx, and that's the beauty. Its revealing in ways other power yoga classes are not. You need your breath, you need your drishti, and as Mychal progresses you gain the confidence needed to power through these brilliant mindful animal style holds, movements and flows. I usually prefer intense flow classes . Love the rhythm of this practice. Also, it opens a very different dimension in your body. You end up reflecting on your body a lot better. Mychal gives clear instructions and encourages you to stop, watch and practice right : )
