In this class we’ll release tension from and create mobility in the shoulder region of the body. Release the weight of the world from your shoulders in this moderate vinyasa practice. Creating more flexibility in your shoulder joints in this class may lead you to bound triangle pose or perhaps bound side angle. All levels are welcome. Honor your body and do you. A strap, or strap like prop is recommended for this class.
