Yayyy!! I survived the class ;-) It was awesome! My hamstrings were shouting at me (I practice first thing in the morning) but after all the pyramids, we are friends again. My core is singing and my balance is on point. The grasshopper is resisting but I did some variatiions that worked as well and made me smile. Overall a challenging, fun class that touches all areas and truly wakes you up and sets you up with joy for the whole day! Thanks, Denise.
