After all the hard work you’ve put into the power yoga practices this one is well deserved. In order to successfully complete the 108 days, the relaxed days are extremely important. Gentle yoga will give your body the opportunity to rebuild and repair. So prepare to kick back, relax and indulge yourself in a beautiful, gentle flow.

After a long day sitting in front of the computer this practise felt incredibly relaxing for the back and tight neck muscles. a perfect end of the day.

I really like all the yoga videos and the attention to honoring our bodies with both strength and recovery. However, I do find that the videos tend to pause at least once and need to buffer despite the fact that my wifi is really strong.
