What I needed today (again 🙂 to start my day until my fitness & yoga time, this evening-
I absolutely love your classes, which include familiar elements but often put in a way that make you go “out of the box'” and truly focus. This is no exception and you achieve in 20 minutes a wonderful warm up, touching all the important bits of the body and getting you going (I was very stiff this morning and this is exactly what’s get me on gear!). Thanks so much, Byron!!!
