I absolutely love your classes, which include familiar elements but often put in a way that make you go "out of the box'" and truly focus. This is no exception and you achieve in 20 minutes a wonderful warm up, touching all the important bits of the body and getting you going (I was very stiff this morning and this is exactly what's get me on gear!).
