Losing focus is easy. Getting it back can be the hard part! In this 60-minute power yoga class, Lauren will take you through a dynamic flow to help you strengthen the intention and skill of focus. Focus, like any muscle, needs to be strengthened, so in this flow you will move through balancing postures, breath work and creative sequencing to help you develop and master this important intention. Two blocks are suggested for this practice.
