When you think about pigeon pose, you’re probably picturing the juicy, restorative stretch for your hips. But have you thought about actually FLYING your pigeon? Eka Pada Galavasana in Sanskrit requires considerable openness in your hips, core & upper back stretch, as well as a healthy dose of courage to help you release the fear of falling on your face! Let’s give it a shot!

Not a sweaty flow, but incredibly smooth gentile(ish) flow. Made for a quick 60 minutes. Namaste
Beautiful flow, thorough stretch with calm build up to the flying crow. Truly a moving meditation. Thank you, Namaste

What a Beautiful gift just in time for Christmas! Wow. I will FOREVER use the ankle grip in side angle pose. Gamechanger for me! Creative transitions, fresh series/poses, and great cues. The ONLY feedback I’d give would be longer holds, a bit more time to settle in to downward dog (cause I love DD) and some of the deeper stretches. All around fantastic class. Thank you! And welcome!
Wonderful class, smooth and relaxing with a challenging edge through the flying pigeon – was perfect for an active rest day. Also lovely teacher, very uplifting and calm energy. Thank you!
Beautiful! I loved the flow and I flyed! Thanks a lot. Namaste.
Excellent.
Loved that class
Not what I expected. Better! Great all around class. I could not “fly” the pigeon but it was only a small part of the class and the class was great.
Loved it! The conscious approach to movement until the peak pose. Beautifull1

Thank you for this amazing flow – as pigeon lover I enjoyed every single pose. Namaste.
