Sweet little drills class which primes the muscles for flying pidgin. (Despite the title the class isn’t a flow, it’s a sequence of asanas which open the hip flexors). Love the juicy yin stretches at the end which finish out the class by actually stretching the same muscles which were worked.
Perfect class. Dynamic with the right pace. Easy to do the poses mindfully and breathe in-out. Thank you

What a Beautiful gift just in time for Christmas! Wow. I will FOREVER use the ankle grip in side angle pose. Gamechanger for me! Creative transitions, fresh series/poses, and great cues. The ONLY feedback I’d give would be longer holds, a bit more time to settle in to downward dog (cause I love DD) and some of the deeper stretches. All around fantastic class. Thank you! And welcome!
