I am grateful that these shorter practices have been added. They are a wonderful way to still yoga on days short on time, maybe not feeling 100%, or maybe you’re not mentally ready for a longer practice. Thank you!
I like to pair these 10 min flows with a 10-15 min core practice when I am short on time.
