In this pranayama practice we will be fusing together ancient and modern wisdom and technology. The breathing technique will be what’s now known as ‘Wim Hoff’ style breathing. At the end of each round we will incorporate the Bandhas, or energetic locks. Whether you’re familiar with the Bandhas or not, this practice is just that, a practice, with many physical and energetic benefits no matter how seasoned you are with these locks. Let’s breathe.
