To enhance your overall well-being, this 20 minute restorative yoga sequence can be done at the start or end of the day to help ease tension when you only have a short amount of time. The definition of fine-tune is, “to make small adjustments until optimization is achieved” so enjoy this practice to fine-tune your body, mind, heart and life.

One to two bolsters or firm pillows are suggested for this practice.
