Find Your Heart Flow
Class 4, 5, and 6 are your final three practice that consist of one main flow following the “Find Your Flow” style.In this class, our focus is on opening the heart. We will begin with a warm-up, followed by a single run-through of the main flow, holding each pose for approximately 5 breaths. Next, we will transition into linking movement with breath, without specific breath cues. Remember that our breath naturally follows the pattern of inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, and so on. The inhale lifts and expands us, while the exhale lowers and contracts us. If you ever find yourself losing track of your breath, pause and reflect on the intention of the current pose compared to the previous one. Take a moment to reconnect with your flow. Finally, we will complete these classes with two cycles, this time without voice cues, allowing you to fully immerse yourself and find your flow.
