I did the whole series a few weeks ago and today I had lower back pain and my rotator cuff was bothering me, so I needed something gentle. These hip openers, leg stretchers and gentle approach to the body felt like pure bliss and a caress to my body and mind. Thanks, Chris, for such a nice practice!!
