Now that you have a taste of the flow or you decided that you didn’t need an intro, we are going to pick it up little. In this class following a short warm we will have two small flows once again, but this our first flow is going to lead into our second flow. Just like in class one, we will hold all of the poses in flow first flow for 5-ish breaths. For the next time through we will breath queue flow 1 followed by flow 2 with each pose held for 5 breaths.

Next time through, we put it all together one breath one movement with breath queues. Then we will go through the flow with the queues dropped, and you will finish it off with one final round no queues your breath leading your movement to FIND YOUR FLOW.
