A good restorative session should provide the practitioner with long periods of silence (maybe with gentle music in the background). I did not make it past the first posture because there is not even 30 seconds of silence to allow the practitioner to go within and restore. Instead, this yoga instructor talks through the entire pose. This is very disappointing. I tried the Restore video as well and felt bombarded by the non-stop talking. There are much better videos, for free, on YouTube. Disappointing. Glad that the other inner dimension videos I have tried seem to make it worth the cost. Hope they consider offering more “restorative” restorative yoga series where the silence and talking ratio are inversed.
