If you are looking for a gentle way to start the day with movement, then this class is perfect for you. Prepare to move through relaxing upper body movements almost like a yoga version of tai chi. This will be followed by a slow, relaxing version of sun salutations. The practice will end with seated and reclining floor stretches to create length and space through the body.
