Mindfulness includes everything in our internal as well as our external environment. It’s normal to face many distractions while studying for a test or taking a test. These distractions might arise from a busy mind, sensations in the body such as restlessness, or feelings such as nervousness. But, distractions might also arise from your external environment such as sounds that arise within the room where you are studying or taking your test. In this meditation you will practice using each distraction as a way of bringing yourself back to the task at hand.
