Inner dimension is amazing!! They have variety of classes for everyone. I spread the word to everyone that ask me or that I think will benefit from this great yoga classes. This is my 3rd year, I took a break after being diagnosed with cancer): I’m in remission as of now💗The first thing I did was turn on my tv and slowly got back into my gentle yoga with Travis and meditation with Lauren 🧘‍♂️ I couldn’t feel more comfortable and in good hands but with them.🙌🏼💗
