The brain is wired to have a negativity bias. As a result we tend to overly focus on what’s wrong. For eons, this served human survival. Unfortunately, we tend to get caught up in this cycle to the detriment of our wellbeing. In this practice we’ll cultivate joy, which science now shows is possible by focusing on the great moments in life, the moments of happiness, contentment and bliss, to help ensure we are more present for the experiences of joy off the cushion and in our lives
