As much as handstands are a goal in and of themselves, they actually belong to two different families of yoga postures – inversions and arm balances. Leveling up your skills with some of the other postures in those families is one of the best ways to improve your handstand game, and this practice aims to help you do exactly that. Prepare to be challenged!

I am not strong enough for most inversions, just yet, but I tried this class because sometimes it’s fun to just watch what happens and go along with the process. Brent breaks down the small steps to headstands and I found myself managing a few of the suggested exercises! Definitely nice to have a clear guide and direction of where to go when you want to try handstands.
