Love it- more classes from Christine please! I can’t get enough of her 🙂
I loved this class and I love the way you teach, but as someone else already metioned, eagle pose on the other side was missing. I weaved it in myself. And also for me; after such a vital class, savasana could be much longer under your guidance.
Will look for more classes of you for sure 🙂
With love, Astrid from the Netherlands
I really enjoyed Christine’s class. Tho, perhaps I missed a pose? I don’t recall doing eagle on the right side.
I would love to see some of the classes leave time in the video for a longer savasana. I know for me, I get distracted and having a longer one helps me finish my practice.
Thank you!!
