I struggle with breath control, and after many pranayama classes, I was getting a little better with being mindful -this practice sealed the deal. By the end of class, I felt like I was taking the deepest and most controlled breaths, evidenced by a more controlled and deeper reaching stretch that occurred more Naturally due to the breath work. Thank you for this really helpful practice!

Another wonderful class from Byron! Would love to see this in a 45 or 60 minute class. Byron’s cues are always spot on and with the emphasis on breath, this was incredible.

I loved it…we flowed through recognizable asanas (postures) with FAR more focus on the breath and I feel both calm and alert! Namaste.
I did enjoy the class. However, when I try to control my breath my nasal area and my throat feel very dry, Any suggestions?

great short class, though I couldn´t do the headstand and felt a little bad about it cause it looked so easy with Ella and the other woman:-/
This is a 30 minute class full of breath lead movements that will leave you feeling pretty great.
