not a yin yoga class that focuses on long-held stretching and not all poses traditional poses. I didn't experience any real shift like I usually do from yin yoga classes taught in this website. Was this adapted and changed rather than keeping it as it was originally taught by the founders of yin yoga? I think a heart opening yin yoga class would be great however if that could be added. I recommend redoing this class as a heart opening yin yoga class with long held stretches that are meant from the traditional daoist/yin yoga form to open up the heart.
