Great class! Slow flow, but still many muscles involved. I do not like running fast through asanas. I need to feel the postures. This class resonates perfectly with me:)

Thanks for this class! I love the structure and at the same time the easy-going way that Paul teaches. This was good for me to focus in on particular muscles to help me recognize good form. I especially loved the reminder that it isn't the mastery of a pose that brings happiness, etc.
