I just LOVE this practice! It’s a feel good dip within the challenges that comes-up! Also it’s such a wonderful reminder of the importance of staying connected to our breath when we surf the waves of our practice, the waves of our life 🙂
Travis takes the time to build our heat before to go to the challenge and I think it is essential. He also shares his wisdom, helping us to avoid griping on difficult poses. This is one of my favourites.
