In my opinion this is the best class I’ve practiced with Lauren. Solid workout. Wish we could have used the blocks for some core work, maybe next time. Namaste!
i definitely am one of those yogis resistant towards props like blocks, but genuinely enjoyed this practice. the sequencing was smooth and lauren’s expert guidance really helped me appreciate blocks on another level.
I almost never use blocks for support in practice, but this session showed me why and how they can help me improve virtually every pose, to get the most out of it. I’ll definitely look for ways to help blocks extend my proficiency in the future.

helpful to remember how to use blocks to benefit your own practice. half moon pose is definitely more precise using a block.

I love this class. I’ve learned new ways to use my yoga blocks.
The sequence was ok. I liked the use of the block. But there was so much talking it sucked my energy. It’s like chatter in the head 100x. I couldn’t get inside my own body because there were no opportunities to do so in silence at any point except for a short moment in shavasana.
