Solid class. Totally different than Travis (which is nice). Slow beginning, then some flowing. Involves a great Deal of upper body strength due to a lot of planks and side planks. As well as balance and coordination. It‘s fun.
Minor complaint: I got lost a few times due to lack of/insufficient cueing with the complex moves. I stream from my iPhone with the screen turned of.
Great class, you leave not feeling your shoulders anymore, but the rest of your body completely relaxed. Great flow.
