The setting was nice with nice bright natural light. Unfortunately the camera work was atrocious. Why have an instructional video when every time you look up to see if you are doing something right or that you understood the directions correctly the camera isn't even on the people demonstrating? I truly don't get it.
If you don’t like warrior 3 this is the class for you! Good workout in 30 min. Namaste!
