This 12 minute body scan meditation is the peak of your journey in this series. Get ready to commit to a full week of daily practice. Once again, you can sit or recline as you add an additional 2 minutes to your practice this week. Try and keep in mind that while you have now built to a total of 12minutes of practice, you are only adding 2 minutes of total practice to each day. You can do this and your memory will thank you. With eyes closed, you will progressively move your awareness through your body while remaining still as you attune to various bodily sensations.
