Prepare to start your training off on a powerful note! In this opening class, Travis will guide you through a strong and soulful flow supported by your highest intention and finishing with a deep meditation. After this opening master class, you will be perfectly ready to jump into the lectures.
In this thematic yin practice, Travis will take you on a transformative journey — holding deep stretches for about 5 minutes each. Enjoy releasing physical tension and bringing a healing energy into the body’s fascial matrix. Over the course of this 75 minute practice prepare to find the freedom of space in the body, mind and heart.
For 75 minutes prepare to take a power yoga journey through all six dimensions. This Holistic Yoga Flow masterclass interweaves body, breath, heart, mind and awareness for a physical experience of each dimension through the use of safe, sound sequencing, clear alignment cues, storytelling, inspiring quotes, small doses of science, yoga philosophy, subtle anatomy and pranayama to help you fully embody each dimension.
This 75min Restorative Yoga masterclass provides an introduction to the power of this simple yet profound practice which has the potential to re-set your nervous system, decrease stress, improve sleep, improve digestion and help you understand the potency of stillness. Have a bolster, 2 yoga blocks and a blanket for this practice. Be sure to watch the lecture titled “Introduction to Restorative Yoga” before enjoying this practice.
This is the last final class of the training — be ready to end with a bang! It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it. Walking your highest path takes tremendous strength, courage and discipline. When we live with purpose we also live with great inspiration and joy! In this 75 minute practice, Travis will take you to your edge as a way to unleash your unlimited potential.
You will also receive a digital manual to support your training as you watch the lectures. The powerful information in the manual will be yours to reference for years to come. The digital manual also includes worksheets to complete necessary requirements.
For students looking for a full immersive experience we have created a special 3-day calendar for you. You also have the option of moving through the training in your own time. We invite you to take as much time as you’d like to complete your experience.
