I LOVE the explainations, and the 45 minutes lengh because it is really challenging for me. I have to adapt strengh excercices to my body but I really feel joy and empowerment in these practises. Thank you Brent to make it doable !

I have to say-Whew I! finished the 28 day challenge with an open mind and open heart. My body didnot always cooperate and I had to modify, but I have become stronger through the challenge. Namaste

Day 28 done!!!! I did take breaks in between but on the whole, my postures have definitely improved and so has my core strength. Thank you so much Brent for this joyous ride!!! I am already planning multiple revisits!!!! Namaste.

I just achieved day 28 .... not already able to do the peak poses but I have learnt, I have felt little improvements , little by little,... I need to revisit these ones again and again .....Thnak you for all what you have shared .... Thank you so much Brent!!! Day 4 done and I am looking forward to completing this series. As you first mentioned, these classes are about enjoying the journey and believe me when I say that that is exactly what I am doing. I was laughing like a baby after the Mandalasana class not because I nailed the posture -well far from it. I barely moved a centimeter but the class was enjoyable. My body feels light and I feel that the advance postures will definitely be doable some day in future as opposed to "definitely not in this lifetime" attitude that I had. Immensely grateful. Namaste!!!!

Hi Brent, what is the "anatomy of breath" practice you mention in the intro? Is it the "only way out is in" class on this site? I searched around on some of the other sites you teach on and couldn't find anything by that name. I guess I see you as a yoga scholar and/or scientist, thank you for sharing some of your findings. :) mike
