For some reason ( probably personality type) i have never been able to stick to a yin yoga practice - but i just LOVED this practice - the time, the content - feels like i went totally inwards and was able to focus totally. Normallyi have to do power yoga to keep my mid from racing but this really worked - I understand the value and purposer - but for the first time I truly enjoyed and felt an immediate benefit.
