Very nice sweaty flow with a lot of balancing and stretching. Left me feeling more relaxed and blissed out. I appreciated the slower warm-up in the beginning. That helped me to really get out of my head and onto my mat! Thanks Travis! :)

Did this one at the end of my day, and loved it. Nice warm up flow helped me get mindful for the more challenging parts of the practice.

Rigorous power yoga flow that focuses a lot on balance. There isn't really a section that focuses specifically on the core as it hi others have mentioned, but the core is engaged throughout the session. Sweat was pouring off my forehead by the 30 minute mark!

Good all-round practice packed into 45 mins; however no core routine; some yoga press-ups instead!

Enjoyed it a lot. I must have missed the powerful core routine, the rest of the class was great. Once again the practice was based around triangle pose. Solid workout for 45min.

Challenging, but when you just focus on movement to movement, you finish feeling so amazing and just blissed out!!

Good strength work on one legged standing poses, triangle and reverse triangles.
