Such a beautiful practice, wow! I came to my mat so many times today and failed and finally made it. Hard night with sick toddler. this has restored my equilibrium much better than any nap could. Thank you travis. Great practice coated in those sugary tones.... thank you Shelley for recommending. xoxo. love and light.

Although I've been following Travis for many years, I've never left feedback. But this practice is pure and utter bliss. I saw colors during shavasana. I'll definitely come back to this again and again. Thank you, Travis for always, without fail, guiding us through a practice that makes us feel better about life. Pure Bliss.

One of my very favorites. I struggle with a tight right hip and SI joint from an old running injury and this is one of the few things I can do on a bad day to release it. I do this one often!
