By registering for any live event (whether in-person, online or hybrid) such as classes, trainings, retreats or summits (“Events”) hosted by Inner Dimension Media (“Inner Dimension,” “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following:
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Although Inner Dimension provides its products and services with your health and safety in mind, it is critical that you consult your physician, follow all provided safety and other instructions, and obtain authorization before participating in any Event, especially if you are prone to injuries, are pregnant or nursing, or have any other unique or special medical conditions. You acknowledge that all activities and participation in Events hosted by Inner Dimension are voluntary and are undertaken entirely at your own discretion. You are aware that your participation in Events may involve strenuous physical activities, including but not limited to yoga, functional fitness, stretching, hiking, biking, water sports, as well as involve various risks associated with being in a foreign, rural or otherwise unfamiliar setting. You are participating in Inner Dimension Events with knowledge of such risks, and you are voluntarily assuming the risk of injury which may be sustained while participating in such activities. In particular, our Events are generally planned for adults and when you bring children, we cannot guarantee the appropriateness or safety of the facilities or services for children during the Event. In particular, if you choose to utilize any childcare services or facilities offered by any retreat center or hotel during the Event, that would be at your full responsibility and sole risk.
Although we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any specific requests including dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee an environment free of allergens, including but not limited to food allergens. You acknowledge that consumption of all food or drink provided during any Event hosted by Inner Dimension are voluntary and are undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk.
You agree that in the event that you have a medical or psychological emergency, Inner Dimension has the authority and discretion to contact 911 emergency services. Any costs incurred for the provision of health services to you are your sole responsibility.
COVID-19 & SAFETY POLICY
You acknowledge that Inner Dimension cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19 or any other infectious disease during your participation in any Events. You agree to observe and obey all additional communicated rules and warnings regarding COVID-19 or any other infectious disease while participating in any Inner Dimension activities. You acknowledge that any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 or any other infectious disease and that we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at any Event.
Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID-19, we reserve the right to update our policies as necessary for the well-being of our community. You agree to be fully vaccinated (including any boosters) two weeks or more before arrival or submit a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of arrival, as may be requested by us. If in our reasonable discretion, we believe you are exhibiting symptoms of illness and request it, you agree to submit to a COVID-19 test in the form requested by us before or during any Event. If you test positive before or during the retreat, you will not be allowed to attend and no refund or credit will be provided. We encourage you to purchase a comprehensive “cancel for any reason” trip insurance policy to protect yourself if this is a concern. Social distancing and mask wearing may be implemented and you agree to abide by any guidelines or protocols set by us at each Event. In addition, if requested by us, you must bring your own yoga mats, meditation cushions or any props that you want to practice with and we may not be performing hands on adjustments.
STRICT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
In order to secure the venue and programming, Inner Dimension is required to enter into binding contracts with 3rd party independent contractors that we do not own, control or operate that do not allow for refund or cancellation in any instance except for limited instances where “acts of god” render the entire event impossible. For example, if due to the COVID-19 pandemic worsening, an Event venue must close down, then we would be able to get a refund and refund all ticket holders. Otherwise, unfortunately, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy and there will be no refunds in any instance – this includes any initial deposit amounts paid in addition to any balances remaining or paid. You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 3-days before the Event start date by notifying us via email at [email protected] without penalty. After that time, our strict cancellation policy applies. Also, purchasing trip insurance to protect yourself is always a good idea and recommended for all.
CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree to follow any oral or written instructions given by Inner Dimension instructors, employees, staff, representatives or agents at all times. If, in the opinion of Inner Dimension, you are unable to follow direction or otherwise participate appropriately in Inner Dimension activities, you may be asked not to participate or to leave the Event and no refund or credit will be provided. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Inner Dimension reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary to the Event, including, but not limited to change in instructors, staff, schedule, venue, meals, number of participants, etc. In particular, you acknowledge that we cannot control weather conditions and some classes or excursions may need to be modified or cancelled in case of adverse weather or other conditions outside our reasonable control. In the rare occasion an entire Event is cancelled based on the sole discretion and needs of Inner Dimension, we will offer a full refund of your Event ticket payment. We are not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of retreat cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
We highly recommend that you purchase individual trip insurance if your attendance of any Event involves international travel for you. We recommend purchasing a “cancel for any reason trip insurance” as it is the most comprehensive coverage you can purchase. It is also your sole responsibility to verify all travel requirements including visas and immunization/vaccination records.
MEDIA RELEASE
During our Events, we may capture video content, photographic images and audio recordings (“Footage”) for our use and reproduction, including but not limited to for promotional and other commercial purposes. As a result of your participation in an Event, you may be included in such Footage. If you want to opt-out of your image, likeness and voice being included in any Footage and used by us, you must affirmatively do so prior to participation in any Event.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed a Privacy Policy for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully. You acknowledge and agree that Inner Dimension may share your information with any Event venue or tour provider in order to facilitate your participation in such Event.
RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION
You release and agree to hold Inner Dimension and its employees, instructors, officers, and agents harmless from, and waive on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and your assigns, any and all causes of action, including but not limited to claims arising from your contraction of COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, as well as any other claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to yourself or your property that arise out of your use of or presence at any Event, whether caused by the fault of yourself, third parties, or as a result of Inner Dimension’s negligence.
You understand that this release discharges Inner Dimension or any associated entity from any liability claim that you, your heirs, and your assigns may have against Inner Dimension with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Inner Dimension, or any associated entity and you are entering into this release voluntarily and at your own risk. In particular, you acknowledge and agree that Inner Dimension does not control, own or operate any 3rd party independent contractors supplying the Event with food, tours, excursions, transportation or any other activities or services and therefore cannot be held liable for their errors or omissions.
To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, you also agree to indemnify Inner Dimension against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from your participation in any Event.
YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT, AND THAT BY REGISTERING FOR ANY EVENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.
