The regular price for the Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training: BreathWork (30hrs) is $350 USD.

The regular price for the Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training: Ayurveda (30hrs) is $350 USD.

The regular price for the Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training: Yin & Restorative (50hrs) is $460 USD.

The regular price for the Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training: Yoga Asana Advancement (30hrs) is $320 USD.

The regular price for the Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training: Practical Anatomy Training (10hrs) is $108 USD.

If you do not already have basic yoga props, you will need:

1 yoga mat
2 yoga blocks
1 bolster
Notebook or journal for homework
We recommend Manduka products but you are welcome to use what works best for you.
