  • Practice Pranayama & Bandhas #2 for at least 5 min per day
  • Practice the Second Pillar of Mindfulness
  • Write out the breath script for the twisting module
  • Practice teach the integrative, A’s, B’s, warrior dance, triangle half moon and twisting modules
  • Personal practice, 3 classes
