Day 12 – 4/7/8 Relaxing Breath

This breathing exercise was made well known by Dr. Andrew Weil who said, “If I had to limit my advice on healthier living to just one tip, it would be simply to learn how to breathe better.” This technique is the perfect anecdote to stress and promotes relaxation. Although it can be practiced any time of day it’s a great choice right before going to bed.
