The program is comprised of 30 minute classes made up of 16 thematic power yoga classes, gentle yoga, restorative yoga and yin yoga practices, as well as a specially designed mobility sequence, and bonus pranayama and meditation classes. I usually skip the restorative practice; I guess I thought it didn’t push me enough. Today was my first restorative practice and I LOVED it. I began the practice quite tired and I am completely “restored” and energized. Thank you for such a wonderful practice.

I have found the music quite intrusive though, especially on more relaxed days when there is a constant beat in the background.
I find myself wanting to turn the music off but can’t because I need to hear the instructions.

I have taken out an annual subscription to your channel. I really like the courses, especially the thematic programmes and series. However, my enjoyment is often spoiled by the choice of music. Too often the music is much too loud (Lauren’s backbends episode for instance) or completely inappropriate like the electric guitar on a Shavasana pose…
The “Journey to Handstand” with Brent is unwatchable because of the music.
Could you please, please, please, be more careful with your music choices and the volume of it? Please…!

First of all happy new year Lauren and Travis from France.
So much is going on right now ! I started by trying on YouTube some yoga classes with Travis and I loved it so then I decided to go further. I am blessed to have enrolled to the 30/30 program just before Xmas. I show up with consistency (thanks body). I have seen all the changes come along, I no longer need that much coffee to so call fuel my workday and do not care that much for alcohol in social circle – not even for champagne that I used to enjoy. I have more clarity of mind, I feel less stress and have enough energy for the whole day (without coffee after lunch).
I want to say to both of you THANK YOU. I am consistent and inspired !
You are both so talented! It’s amazing really that you found each other for partners in life. Love your classes. Love the challenge. Love the stretch. I’m a single mama to a toddler who works full time. It’s way more realistic to get a .5 hr class in, and they are bomb! <3
I did this program a month ago and won’t do it again. I love it tho, its powerful, intense but maybe not for me. its not enough time and made me procrastinate all the time because its just half of the time. I can do it tomorrow with two classes, missed it the ff days until I missed all. This program is definitely for people who are too busy to show up on their mats. Classes are like short versions of level up 108. highly recommend this program for busy bees.

Thank you for this series of 30 minutes classes. Every time I have tried a 30 day challenge with hour long classes i end up giving up part way through. The 30 minutes is doable everyday and I always have the option of adding on when I can. It has been motivating and I feel so accomplished and back in the swing of a daily practice. Also, the meal plan is exceptional. Thank you!
Just at the beginning and cannot remember being so excited about “exercise” after being a gym goer for many years this is absolutely the best option for lifelong fitness, body and mind. The morning intentions, visualisations and sleep meditations are a PERFECT addition to the 30 for 30 and the 108 level up. I am currently mixing it up and will start with the 30 for 30 just added in 5 hours of power flexibility to this first week and I definitely feel, already look and absolutely think BETTER than ever. I know this is part of my life and I love it. recommended several other friends, so Grateful to find these guys!

This site has really helped me get me back into my love for yoga after falling out due to covid and the closing or our local studio. I’ve done a variety of these classes, and haven’t found one I don’t love, but “Day 6 Twists” with Travis is up there as one of my all time favorites. Thank you for having all this available.
I am 12 weeks post partum with a c-section. I have started at 8 weeks the mother on the go program to get me going again, now I have started this one and I love it. Even though it is a bit more challenging for my soft core and the surgery I am still able to do it with a couple of modifications, perfect for a new mum that has less time and wants a more challenging practice. (not necessarily recommended if you are a beginner and a new mum!) Thank you Lauren and Travis !

Best program so far!! It’s easy to fit into a busy schedule (which I always struggle with on a daily basis with one hour classes) and has everything you need. Very nice for the general health. Some power, some restorative / yin and some stretching + mobility classes. Really great work. Will do this again soon!

Love this program. Initially I started with LevelUp 108 which I love but due to changes in my daily schedule I can currently no longer take 1full hour aside. So I started with this 30min program and it feels great! So grateful for it, great sequence…surely the best 30 min to add on to your day :)))
I enjoyed most of the classes in this series. It would be perfect if Lauren classes are a tiny bit slower – her “Backends” class is the perfect pace.

I have not done yoga for many years and it was such correct way to be back on my mat.
The program is designed perfectly, with all the challenges and relaxation we need in our lives. I am not sportive or strong physically but I was surprised how much stronger I became by the end of the program, – this is an answer to those who say that yoga is not serious exercise or that just 30 min a day makes no use.

This 30for30 program is definitely helping me in my flexibility, stability and balance. Being a yoga practitioner from 4 years, I was doing very much fine until Oct’19, when I met with a knee fracture during an accident. Without surgery, i got recovered; however post accident issues were there. I recovered with the help of stretching and PT exercises.
During Lockdown, I took full responsibility to strengthen my leg, I started practicing with your Youtube videos and started seeing changes in me. Then I enrolled InnerdimenstionTV and started 30for30 from June 01st. Today, its just 13th day, I completed Day 20th. I must say, its helping me in every way physically, mentally & emotionally. thanks a lot for design such a complete program!!

Great program, made it multiple times, great rythm from the power to yin and gentle practices. This program is the best solution if you have less time on a day, but you want to keep your practice on a daily basis. I am greatfull I bought a membership for innerdimension tv, that’s one of my best choices 🙂
I have been doing yoga for over 2 years and because of the confinement, decided to explore classed on Youtube. I discovered Travis on Youtube and immediately felt the connection. His voice was calm and he has this ability to connect you to the breath and to the movement. I usually disliked guided meditations – and have been meditating for years- and now I do one with Travis everyday. I later discovered Lauren and love her style as well. The great variety of classes keeps the content fresh and new. Love it! Namaste.

I started this program once. I became very ill and I had to stop. I am six days into the 30 day program. I feel better and stronger everyday. This program is helping me deal with being on locked down. My sister offered to pay for next month if my unemployment is still delayed. Thank you for an amazing program. Level Up 108 is next.
