Welcome to Inner Dimension Academy’s Holistic Yoga Flow Advanced Sequencing Training. Before you begin, we strongly recommend that you complete the online 200-hour Holistic Yoga Flow training before starting this training. And, if you’ve done a different 200hr, we strongly recommend you complete the 30-hour Part I of the Holistic Yoga Flow online training to get a foundational understanding of our approach.
