This 108-day epic journey starts on September 14 and ends on December 30, just in time to prepare you for an exciting new release coming on New Year’s Day! We’ll be offering live classes along the way in addition to exciting prizes to keep you motivated.

RULES
- Participants must complete at least 103 PY 108 yoga classes starting on 9/14 and ending on 12/30
- Participants may substitute any new IDM TV release for any PY 108 class, as noted on our official calendar here
- Participants must submit unedited images and/or raw footage of themselves practicing yoga and participating in the challenge through an ad hoc Google Form no later than 12/31/2023
