I am in between programs, and I decided to go back to basics and do this before starting DETOX. I think every once in a while we all need to be reminded of this. Loved it
This is perfect for beginners and for people who get back to yoga after a period of inactivity, like I did. The three parts have an advancing level of difficulty and Travis explains everything in his unique way.
Having done Yoga now for 2 years or a little over that, it is always good to come to good alignment, good quality patterns and this was perfect for me, as brings me back to basics and this is always, always a good thing to behold. Travis as always it is amazing to practice with you! Namaste

Thank you for yoga basics! This is perfect for someone getting into yoga. I have done barre classes which integrate some yoga, and did a little yoga years ago, but never regularly. I really enjoyed this class (Yoga Basics #1).
