Overview
Yoga Detox 30 is for people ready to become free of addiction and negative habits. Also, along the way you can expect to improve the health of your overall body, build muscle tone, increase fat loss, and get your mind calm and centered.
In this program you can expect to move through an hour of yoga each day, watch a 5-10 minute talk on a transformative subject, and take some time to complete journal exercises to ensure this program is powerful both inside and out.
This series finally got me to make a commitment of a daily yoga practice. I started to change the habit of not moving enough during the day and caring for my physical, mental, emotional and nutritional well being. I have kept up with each practice every day and now the mat is my respite regardless of what has happened during the day. The talks provide insight and the nutritional information keeps me mindful of what I am putting into my body during this challenge and beyond. Ten days ago my sister and her husband experienced any unexpected health crisis needing help in another state and city. I was called to help them. Having the practice to count on to calm my body, mind and spirit has been a respite. It feels like coming home whether I can get to it in the morning because of our schedule or at the end of a medical decision filled day. I am so grateful for Inner Dimension TV and all who offer their services here. Especially Travis and Lauren for developing all that is available. Thank you so much!
This is my first day, hopefully I can rate again when I finish.
I love it so far, I did ‘letting go’ before bed a few nights ago and it was so good I decided to do the full series.
However- in “start where you are” I was feeling great…and then YOU THROW IN TREE POSE CHATURANGAS??? I really said ‘who do you think I am??’ And laughed out loud.
I tried it anyway. They were sloppy, but I did them. And I can’t wait to get better at them.
You show us we are capable of so much more than we think, and help us become who we were always meant to be <3

Purify – certainly did. This beautiful practice has some movement that is still out of my reach, but this second time through, I managed to complete most of it. Thank you for helping me improve endurance and focus while purifying.

Hi I am new to inner Dimension Tv. I am doing this 30 day detox and am on day 3 January 3, 2022. So far so good/ I am wondering about the menus and where they are to use I usually follow the Mediterranean diet. I find the binds hard to do but I actually did one today. So that is a start as I a enjoying the challenge.
Im done with this program and just wanna say Thank you to Travis and Lauren for this wonderful program. Superb! I love all the classes. I remember when I purchased inner dimension, level up 108 and yoga detox program were the programs I practice. First and last thing I do in my daily routine. Im happy to be a part of the community. I won’t stop learning and will practice daily and forever. Travis and Lauren, YOU are the inspiration.

That was amazing! Challenging but so gratifying as well. I worked up a sweat and feel ready for the rest of my day.
I loved this series so much that, after I completed it, I began incorporating/staggering the videos into my daily practice. I’ve decided to restart the program, so this is my second time around; I can’t recommend it enough.
Also, I just checked out the Nutritional Guide and the food looks delicious and easy to make, which is a thoughtful introduction for someone interested in veganism. The Vegan Gluten-Free Banana Bread is on my radar.
I am so excited to start this program. I have invited friends to join in on Inner Dimension yoga many of times, but now with this ever so generous detox program, I have more coming on board. It is so well done, and what a beautiful gift you are sharing with us all your yoga family! I have personally completed many of the programs and look forward to these 30 day Detox next. Being challenged to journal and stay accountable for all my nutritional intake will take much mindfulness. The journey of YOGA will be blissful! Thank you Lauren and Travis for your generosity!!!

I am about to finish the program and have already missing it, thinking to start again, but without missing any steps – like journaling and cooking. Hope to convince my kids to go thru this journey.

Hello, I followed your 108 level up program which was really good, but to be honest, I was bored at the end feeling the repetitiveness of it. The detox programme is MUCH better, especially thanks the talks, which were never boring and always rewarding. All your classes were very creative and fun. I’ve enjoyed them and I will redo the programme – this time doing the exercises!- and getting rid of one more of my too many addictions. Lots of love and congratulations to you both. Hi, my name is Doris. I just started with the Detox Yoga and I felt great through all the lessons. Yesterday I figured, at bend dont break (day 6) there is something which is holding me back, but I managed. took me more effort thought. Then day 7 was an emotional ride .. lots of tears and I felt exhausted. The exercises were not more difficult, actually the opposite. But I felt it more. I am very thankful for this experience. I feel lighter and I am happy. I am looking forward for more to come. Thank you.

After “mixing up and dipping in and out of the programs” I have finally started the Detox 30 – Purify tonight was extraordinary – it was tough – but incredibly – I had no idea what I was capable of and how every minute on the mat really does make a difference. Also just started 108 level up too – Thank you both for your remarkable input you really do make the difference.
Love hate love hate love hate this process! At day 10 now and for the first time shouted at travis , sorry for that. The talks are very inspiring and the yoga rocks, but the detox work…well welll well.. challenge to the max for me. A deep thank you to you both

Hello YOGIS, this is me at the end of the 30 days of Yoga detox 30. I feel so happy as if anything could happen. I feel I have freed myself from those bad habits that have always led me to take the wrong step or not do it right, because of fear, because of laziness or because I didn’t feel up to face it. I want to thank you for your support, and I want to thank Travis, Lauren and everyone who made this journey possible. I recommend this program to everyone, I feel reborn.
Of course this is just the beginning for me, now I am more motivated to spend more energy moving forward.

I am also working on the workbook and making some progress here. Your daily tasks make it clear where the journey is going to. We are not talking about some bad habits. The end of the day always brings me back to my yoga mat. I struggle to get into this classes but I keep going on and repeting those gestures and postures and I always watch the entire lesson before doing. It helps me improving my patience my practice and my well being.

I started together with you on the 20th and I am loving this program.
Day 3 today really touched me Lauren, you really talked directly to my heart and I was embracing everything in your practice and afterwards I felt amazing and so much better within myself.
I also love that you created that workbook, it is always so helpful to write thoughts etc. down.
And my partner is joining me with my detox diet 🙂 which makes it easier for me, if we can always eat the same things 😉

Started Day 1 and it was wonderful. One thing I like about being a monthly subscriber is that you are always adding new classes, new teachers, new practices. Nice variety. But you two are still my favorite teachers. And to have you both teach is great.

I just finished the Purify class. It started out slow.. thought it would be easy, but I was very mistaken! It turned out to be one of the most difficult yoga practices I’ve ever done! Super sweaty and legs were shaky by the end!
I love everything that both Travis and Lauren offer, I often laugh with Travis in the way he says thinks and I feel weak but strong during those moments. Always seems to happen when in a difficult pose! Or rather one that I do not practice very often! I literally couldn’t wait for the Equinox to start this program so I am now on the 3rd session and I absolutely love it to core of my being. The food plan is perfect and as I have been looking for a food plan to sustain and break my habit of not doing very well in this area. Namaste

Day 2! Actually, it’s Day 3 for me. I’m 52 and I felt every year of that in the Purify class, so I split it up and did it over 2 days. The 30 day program might take me 60 days, but I’m enjoying it and I feel good.
