Welcome to the “7 Day DIGITAL Power Yoga Retreat!”
Many people across the world have been asking for more yoga and meditation practices to help them during the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.
Starting Sunday, April 19th, each day during this special podcast series we will publish a yoga and meditation practice, approximately 2 hours in length, to give you a deeply transformative retreat like experience in the comfort of your home.
