Part 2 of the online 300 hour Holistic Yoga Flow (HYF) Advanced Teacher Training constitutes 30 hours’ worth of extensive lectures, multiple breathing exercises and sequences, a digital manual packed with information, a 28-day breathwork challenge, and a certificate of completion authorized by Inner Dimension Academy.
