I cancelled my account but it says it’s active.

Once you cancel your account through your Profile > Subscriptions on the website (not the app), you’ll retain access to your subscription until the end of your billing cycle. It will display as “Active” but also indicate “Stopped” under the Subscriptions tab. Note that you won’t see the Subscription/Stopped line in the app; please check on a web browser.
