Level Up 108 was primarily designed for intermediate and advanced yogis. However, that doesn’t mean people of all levels can’t participate in the program.
For those completely new to yoga, our platform includes “Yoga for Beginners,” a 28-day introduction to the foundational poses of Power Yoga to ensure that you develop safe, smart alignment.
We would then recommend continuing with “Journey to Yoga,” “Yoga 30 for 30,” and/or “Power Yoga 108” to gain strength and continue practicing the poses.
Once you feel ready for Level Up 108, remember that you can modify poses, take breaks as often as necessary, and skip poses or sequences that do not feel appropriate for you.
