How does this online teacher training work?

The 200hr online teacher training is available in two parts. You can purchase Part 1 and Part 2 individually, or you can purchase both as a bundle, which can be accessed hereYou can purchase the Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training (300hrs) 7 modules individually.

Note: All teacher trainings are only available via the website, not the app, and only available with WIFI (can’t download the trainings).

  • This teacher training consists of 100% pre-recorded content.
  • There are no live phone calls, classes, or video chats.
  • It is available to anyone in the world as long as you have a working Internet connection.
  • There are no issues with time zone differences.
  • You can start and complete the teacher training when the time is right for you.
  • You can go through the content at your own pace.
  • All materials and classes are in English.
  • Senior Holistic Yoga Flow teachers will be available for assistance in the Private Online TT Group in the community app.

PART 1

  • Part 1 consists of 5 Masterclasses, 16 lectures, a digital booklet, a 3-day calendar, and access to our exclusive private HYF community group.
  • The time commitment is approximately 30 hours, which includes watching the Masterclasses and lectures and doing homework. This is not a definitive number and is dependent upon your learning style and material retention.
  • Part 1 will focus on the history and philosophies of yoga and learning the Holistic Yoga Flow method.
  • Upon completion of Part 1, you will receive a 30-hour certification in “Holistic Yoga Flow” from Inner Dimension Academy.

PART 2

  • Part 2 consists of 14 Masterclasses, 50+ lectures, 90+ pose tutorials, a digital copy of the book, “Holistic Yoga Flow: The Path of Practice”,  an anatomy workbook, and access to our exclusive private HYF community group.
  • The time commitment is approximately 170 hours, which includes watching the Masterclasses and lectures and doing homework. This is not a definitive number and is dependent upon your learning style and material retention.
  • Part 2 will focus on pose tutorials, learning how to teach a full class, anatomy, and more.
  • Upon completion of Part 1 and 2, which includes submitting a filmed class, you will receive a 200-hour certification in “Holistic Yoga Flow” from Inner Dimension Academy.

Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training (300hrs)- (Consists of 7 modules=300hrs, but can be purchased a la carte as well if not interested in the 300hrs certificate):

Module 1) Advanced Sequencing (50hrs- available now): The Advanced Sequencing Training constitutes 50 hours’ worth of training and includes extensive lectures, multiple Masterclasses, and access to our exclusive private HYF Community Group. Upon completion, you will receive a 50-hour Advanced Sequencing certificate authorized by Inner Dimension Academy.

Module 2) BreathWork (30hrs- available now): The BreathWork Training constitutes 30 hours’ worth of extensive lectures, multiple breathing exercises and sequences, a digital manual packed with information, a 28-day breathwork challenge, and a certificate of completion authorized by Inner Dimension Academy. This training is open and available to everyone.

Module 3) Ayurveda (30hrs- available now): This comprehensive training includes extensive lectures, Ayurveda-specific vinyasa classes, meditations, pranayama exercises, a digital manual rich with information, exercises, and assignments to help you absorb this knowledge in a deep and lasting way. At the end of the training, you will also receive a certificate of completion authorized by Inner Dimension Academy. This training is open and available to everyone. Note: This Ayurveda 30hrs training is for students to receive a deeper knowledge of Ayurveda. If interested in becoming a licensed Ayurveda practitioner you would need to go to an Ayurveda educational institution which would require hundreds of hours of study. However, after completing this training, students may continue to practice with people, but not as a professional licensed Ayurveda practitioner.

Module 4) Yin & Restorative (50hrs- available now): This online course includes extensive lectures, masterclasses, a digital manual packed with information, access to our exclusive private HYF Community Group, and a certificate of completion authorized by Inner Dimension Academy. This training is open and available to everyone. You don’t need to have completed any other training to do this course (since we all need health and wellness!) but if you’re on the path to complete your online 300 hour Holistic Yoga Flow (HYF) Advanced Teacher Training, this constitutes Part 4 and is 50 hours total.

Module 5) Yoga Asana Advancement (30hrs) – This training is for students looking to advance their yoga asana, or posture, practice. This training will give you access to your full physical potential by helping you understand how to safely and effectively build strength and flexibility in your muscles, along with mobility and stability in your joints. Between a variety of informative lectures on functional anatomy, a series of practices, and master classes designed to help you integrate the lessons from the lectures, you will come away from this training with a valuable set of tools and skills to help you deepen your yoga practice for many years to come. This training is open and available to everyone.

Module 6) Practical Anatomy Training (10hrs) – This 10-hour training is for students and teachers who are looking to deepen their understanding of biomechanics as it relates to yoga asana. In this training, together, we will flow through a variety of lectures, workshops on each of the kramas as well as the most common postures, and a final masterclass that incorporates simple and diverse cueing. By the end of this training you will have gained many teaching tools, techniques, and habits to aid you in your practice and your journey on, and off of your mat. This training is open and available to everyone.

Module 7) Meditation (100hrs) – (Coming in February 2025)
