At this time, classes accessed via the Inner Dimension TV website are only available as a streaming option. However, we do allow limited download functionality in the app on both Android and iOS devices when connected to WiFi. Given the size of each class, however, we do not recommend downloading any more than three classes at a time to your device. Once downloaded on the app, you can view the classes with 0 network connection.
