How do we foster a container within ourselves to hold all of our life experiences…not only our joy & happiness but also sadness & grief? Let’s continue to explore the theme of transitions with a focus on allowing for rest & reset.

This live class is part of a 4-week live series, “Stress and Recovery” with Christine. In line with our October theme of “Transitions,” and as we get ready for election time, the holidays, and all other year-end matters, we wanted to support our community to keep everyone healthy in body and mind and as stress-free as possible during these times of change! Classes will combine yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic practices to stimulate your vagus nerve and regulate your nervous system.

In addition to being an amazing yoga teacher, Christine is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and her classes are guided by her ability to apply an anatomical focus to the practice of yoga, combining Western and Eastern philosophies. So for those of you with questions regarding injuries, alignment, and recovery, make sure you attend as she will leave time for Q+A as well! These live classes are in anticipation of Christine’s upcoming series, ‘Nervous System Reset,’ which will be released on IDM on October 30, 2024!
