Dana Byerlee a certified mindfulness meditation instructor and RYT 200 yoga teacher. She brings a unique sense of empowerment and healing to her classes, helping students cultivate a deeper relationship with their true selves, and access joy and compassion off the cushion/ mat.
As a cancer survivor, meditation and yoga have been the foundation for healing, reclaiming her body, and deep spiritual growth. She also has a passion for wellness in the workplace, and teaches at some of the top companies in Los Angeles. Dana believes yoga is for everyone- no matter where you’re from, how old your are, or what you or your body are going through.
